Online 1-2-1 Support and Online Workshops / Webinars

Using Teams and other screen sharing technology, we can provide guidance online either on a 1-2-1 basis or via online webinars / workshops. 

1-2-1 Support €300 (6 hours of 1-2-1 online support)

1-2-1 Support €500 (10 hours of 1-2-1 online support)

Usually used for job hunting, the packages are flexible around individual needs and are delivered in blocks of time. Areas we may cover include career choices / transferable skills, optimising a CV, effective job hunting, LinkedIn, application forms, and interview preparation. Alternatively self-employment or retirement planning. We are very 'hands-on' in approach and will help to create a CV from scratch or optimise an existing CV for ATS (applicant tracking software) and AI screening software. We do not recommend using AI to create a CV, in various surveys 46% of recruiters will reject a CV if they felt AI had been used to create a CV, this figure increasing to 67% of hiring managers.

Online Pathfinder €1,000 (6 months of 1-2-1 unlimited online support)

Covering areas as highlighted above, we provide unlimited access to the consultant for up to 6 months so that guidance and support can be received as required. 

WORKSHOPS / GROUP SUPPORT

Online Workshops / Webinars €655 for up to 15 people - Job Hunting / Self-employment / retirement planning

Should you wish to run group sessions we have the online workshops option using Teams. These can support common training needs such as job hunting, CV writing, interview preparation, self employment, and retirement planning. 

Online Job Hunting Workshop

To encourage questions from attendees, we restrict numbers to 15 people per online workshop. Over the course of a day we deliver 5 hours of guidance. The workshop covers job hunting, optimising a CV, and interview preparations. We cover traditional and internet job hunting including areas such as working recruitment agencies, networking, LinkedIn, using CV databases, and job board search engines. 

A key part of having a positive interview is to predict potential questions and prepare set answers. As part of our support we will show attendees how to predict potential areas of questioning and suggest questions attendees may be asked. We focus upon competency / behavioural based interviews, interviews where people are asked to provide examples of what they have done, now used by 60% of interviewers. In addition, we show how to prepare for questions such as: What are your weaknesses? Where do you see yourself in 2 years’ time? Tell me something about yourself? along with more general interview preparation and look at telephone interviews and now quite widely used, value-based interview questions.  

Workshop follow on 1-2-1 Session €40 per person

To enhance the workshop support we suggest that each person also receives a 1 hour 1-2-1 session where we can work on their CV to optimise it or even create a CV from scratch. These are charged per session taken up.

Self Employment €455 

The self-employment online workshop is delivered over the course of one day in 3 x 2 hour sessions and accommodates up to 15 people. The first session looks at the reality of self-employment from a practical and emotional basis, the second looks at business ideas and marketing ideas (traditional and online), the third at the practicalities (tax, trading status, insurance, legal requirement etc.). Retirement Planning €455 

The workshop is 3 x 2 hour sessions delivered over the course of one day. The content is highly diverse looking at lifestyle and emotional changes, pensions, everlasting power of attorney etc. Details of precise course content can be provided upon request.

Stand alone online group sessions

If looking at specific areas of need, core areas we deliver online training around include:

• CV writing and job hunting
• Interview preparation
• Retirement planning
• Self employment

The session content will be focused towards the target audience, and we provide e-notes or hard copy notes to support the sessions.
