Outplacement workshops are highly effective at delivering to large groups key and vital support. We have developed a number of workshop models to cater for differing client needs.
Full Day Workshops with a Separate 1-2-1 Session per person
€ 795 per Workshop plus € 575 per Day of 1-2-1 Sessions
Where you are looking to provide more personal 1-2-1 support to an individual but also provide communal support through a workshop, there is the option of delivering a full day Workshop with separate 1-2-1 sessions held at a later date.
For larger groups this can be split into two half day workshops which may be slightly less disruptive to a business where individuals are not leaving immediately.
Delivery options are:
Day 1 - Full Day Workshop covering CV Writing; Completing Application Forms; Job Search; Interview Preparation;
Day 2 - Each attendee receives a 1-2-1 session of between 1 and 2 hours (working on an 8 hour day)
OR
Day 1 - Two Half Day Workshops on CV, Completing Application Forms and Job Search (Group 1 AM; Group 2 PM)
Day 2 - Two Half Day Workshops on Interview Preparation (Group 1 AM; Group 2 PM)
Day 3 - Individual 1-2-1 sessions are run (working on an 8 hour day). Depending upon the number involved this may need several additional days of 1-2-1 sessions being run.
With there being 1-2-1 support at a later date, these workshops can accommodate up to 15 people per workshop. Note - charges based upon on site delivery.
1-2-1 Support (following a Workshop)
In one or two hours working on a 1-2-1 basis our Consultant can help write from scratch a CV or guide on Self Employment; Transferable Skills; Retirement Planning; or help prepare specific examples for potential interview questions. We can also assist with completing application forms. Sessions are totally open format and flexible, the time may be used as the individual requires.
Telephone Support (workshop attendees)
To further enhance our support to employees attending a Job Seeker Workshop we can for an additional cost provide telephone support over 4 months at a cost of € 100 per person being provided by the course Tutor / Trainer.
Job Seekers Guide / On-line Support Internet Site
HtR’s Jobseeker Guide is provided to all individuals attending workshops and includes over 250 standard interview questions and guidance on how to prepare answers for them. In the guide we include preparing for telephone and remote interviews; CV / Competency / Value / Strength / Technical / Scenario / Group / Panel / Portfolio and Psychometric feedback interviews. The guide also includes preparing for common interview questions such as ‘Where do you see yourself in 3 years time?’ ‘What are your weaknesses?’ etc
In addition our on-line resource site has further support and guidance including videos on using the STAR technique and body language.

Local Marketing
Working with larger redundancy programs, we have had great success contacting local employers in order to identify potential vacancies. This may also include arranging for local recruitment agencies to visit the site to register people and liaising with Jobcentre Plus.
