Overview of 1-2-1 Outplacement Support Packages (VAT Exempt)
€ 575 for our Full Day Coaching Session - during the day we may cover job hunting or self employment. For job hunters this will include a CV review, advice of completing application forms, developing an action plan of job search activities, and guidance on interview preparation. We also include unlimited remote CV support to ensure the individual ends up with a CV that is fit for purpose 
€ 1,695 for our Pathfinder Service - for companies / individuals who are looking for an extended period of Outplacement Support. The package includes three face to face sessions and six months telephone support. It is ideal support for individuals who need more ongoing help and guidance as they re-enter the job market, providing a ‘comfort blanket’ to those lacking some confidence. Areas covered include in depth interview techniques and questions, transferable skills assessments, along with Assessment Centres (if required)
€ 4,445 for our Pathfinder Plus Service - based upon the ‘Pathfinder’ support, our Pathfinder Plus extended outplacement package provides six 1-2-1 face to face meetings and nine months remote support. The additional face to face time allows more in-depth outplacement support, this may cover in more practical ways how to ‘self market’, identify ‘search consultancies’, ‘interim positions’ and identify potential employers for ‘speculative approaches’. Our outplacement Consultant can also work with an individual on how best to handle an Assessment Centre, working through actual exercises that are used in Senior Level recruitment. The content of this package is again totally flexible, and provides telephone support over a period of nine months, in addition to the face to face sessions
€ 6,995 for our Active Marketing Service - in addition to the outplacement support detailed within our ‘Pathfinder Plus Service’, this package includes the option of either:
- having a greater number of face to face sessions and 12 months remote support, our support being far more ‘hands on’ help with tailoring CV’s etc
- Or to include the option of having Headhunter actively market an individual to up to 100 companies from a predetermined and agreed list
This service is highly effective for Senior Managers and Directors who require much more intense and practical support and those with specific skill sets; also those who have been away from the job market for a number of years. It is also ideal for individuals living outside of Ireland who are looking to return home, or those looking to relocate to the UK
